1. How do we get started with a Feisty Fitzy school store?

We typically begin with a friendly 15-minute intake call so we can understand your school’s heart and soul — your must-haves, size, demographics, and overall vibe. After that:

  • You send over your school’s logo (TCRGs, we assume you own the rights — if not, we’ll need permission).

  • We create a custom pitch deck based on your goals.

  • We collaborate and revise until it feels just right.

  • Once finalized, we upload your gear portfolio to FeistyFitzy.com for a final review.

  • When you give the green light, you can share the link with your school — and we handle the rest!

No minimums, no stress — it works like any other online store.

2. What types of products do you offer?

Feisty Fitzy thrives on not being typical! Thanks to our procurement and contracting background, we have unique access to a wide range of wholesale products and can match your school's needs with creative, high-quality options.

Some favorites we regularly offer:

  • Performance t-shirts

  • Hoodies & jackets

  • Backpacks & cinch bags

  • Patches, hats, and fun accessories

We can get fancy: custom plushies, jewelry, or experimental materials (we love a challenge!). No minimums on most items — unless it’s something highly custom like jewelry, which we approach with care and planning.

3. Can we customize or personalize gear?

Absolutely! Here's what we offer:

  • Embroidery (we digitize your first image for free; additional digitization is a school expense)

  • Sublimation

  • DTF (Direct to Film)

We don’t offer screen printing, but we’re all about maximizing style while keeping costs and minimums reasonable. Creative workarounds like shared patches help keep things accessible for every dancer and budget.

4. What’s the turnaround time for orders?

First-time orders may take 2–3 weeks (since we may not have stock ready for your exact setup). After that, expect 1-week turnaround for standard items like shirts, sweatshirts, and backpacks.

Specialty items like custom dolls or jewelry take longer due to overseas production and design — but we’ll discuss all of that before starting.

5. Do you follow any CLRG guidelines?

We are not affiliated with CLRG — Feisty Fitzy is an independent business. While you may see our products at CLRG events (our founder’s daughter dances for a CLRG school!), we do not use any CLRG trademarks or logos without express permission. We play by the rules and always keep it respectful.

6. What commission does the school receive from sales?

This depends on the size of your school and the scope of the shop. We typically offer:

  • Starting at 10% for schools with ~100 dancers

  • Larger schools = higher commission
